Returns & Exchanges

At Fansdro, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
