FansDro Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at FansDro. We are committed to providing you with high-quality urban and minimalist fashion products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with your return.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging with tags and all accessories included.
  • A proof of purchase or order number must be provided with your return.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items, custom-made items, or final sale products are not eligible for returns.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and accessories cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Please contact our customer support team at service@fansdro.com, specifying the reason for the return and providing your order number.
  2. Our customer support team will respond within 1-3 business days with the return address and further instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. After processing, the refund will appear in your account within 3-7 business days.
  • Please note that the original shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
